I was racing a bit in France last year and kept on seeing this jersey. Definitely a nice distraction when you’re in the pain locker and looking for something on which to affix your 1,000 yard stare.

A follow-up, in France a national champion’s jersey, like the rainbow jersey, is called a maillot distinctif, meaning a “distinctive jersey”. This must be the first time a rider wins a less distinctive jersey.

The Lion King used to have pinup photos on his handlebar stem. Reminds me of the old Sauna Diana bus of the TVM squad. Sure beats the Footon-Servetto kit from a few years back!
