Thanks to Prendas Ciclismo

All sponsors get a note of thanks and it’s time to show some gratitude to Prendas Ciclismo for their support over the last month and more. Their ad has been here during September and they’ll be visible again soon on this site as sellers of the INRNG cap, more info on this below.

The British bike shop specialise in clothing and have a range of stock including vintage and retro items. If you haven’t dealt with them before, you’ll find Mick and Andy very helpful and personable. I’d offer more praise but when they sponsored the blog last year a flood of comments from satisfied customers said it better.

Among those comments were requests for branded clothing which helped ignite a slow burning project that took off mid-summer when Prendas offered to design and produce a cap and handle all the sales. No sooner did they go on sale than they sold out.

As well as getting some kit it’s a way to support this blog as the profits on the sales are split. This helps pay for photo agency accounts, bandwidth, a mobile version of the site and keeps the writer in Lavazza gold coffee.

 

Caps are coming
New caps are due back in stock any day now. They’ve left the factory near Milan and are en route to the shop so you should find them for available to buy next week… perfect timing for the approaching autumn. Better still there are more choices. There will be a white version and also a Large size too. As soon as they go on sale next week they’ll be a post on here with more info, links and images.

    I hope KBB can at least agree on these sentiments, even if he is wrong about everything else !

  6. Thanks Prendas. I’ve bought loads of stuff over the years and the product and service has always been great, including to Canada where I now live. I missed out on the first cap but I’ll be getting this time round.

  7. Prendas are old school, outstandingly brill in book. I miss ringing my order through to Mick and Andy and having the craic with them. You can never have enough varieties of Prendas overshoes and arm warmers in the gear bag. Keeps me riding all winter long. Mick wrote a super article on the Carrots, and Euskadi cycling a few years back. Their calendars are thing of beauty. The greatest bringer of good people together is the bike. Thanks Prendas for supporting the //INRNG. Thankyou //INRNG. Enjoy your Italien coffee you earned it kidder 🙂

  8. Claim to fame I once visited Prendas didn’t stand still for long or I would have been parcelled up! Hive of activity with their 1st class service. Thank you Prendas for supporting the excellent INRNG.

  9. Glad to see Kwiatowski went for the black shorts! Very keen to get one of the caps and support the blog as I always enjoy reading the articles and previews! Hopefully they can deliver the cap to South Africa!
